Ricardo Rosental graduated as a lawyer from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires in 1991, with an honorary diploma.
He has been part of the firm since 1995. Before that, he served in the Justice (criminal area). He has participated in the most relevant criminal proceedings of the last 25 years of the country.
He has successfully advised the president of the Argentine Republic and the presidential family on many occasions.
Since he joined the firm, he has practiced the profession continuously focusing on criminal, economic criminal, and tax criminal law.
Before his full dedication to the practice of the profession, he has been part of the chair of Criminal and Procedural Law of the Profesor and Dr. Marcelo Sancinetti at the University of Buenos Aires, where he published several articles about legal literature specialized in that subject.
